1.   Do I have to bring the vehicle back with a full tank of gas?

• Yes. However, there is a conveniently located Gas Station across from us

2.   What age must I be to rent a vehicle?

• 25 – no exceptions

3.   Must I have a credit card?

• Yes. You can choose to pay differently, but we require a credit card. Please be advised that we will preauthorize the card.

4.   Is there a fee if I do not bring it back full of Gas?

• Yes

5. Are ALL of your vehicles non-smoking?

• Yes, this is NOT subject to change

6.   Is there a fine if I smoke in a vehicle?

• Yes! A fee of $50 / day

7.   Is insurance required?

• Yes. If you have a gold or platinum credit card, it often will cover your rental vehicle’s insurance. Please check with your credit card company so you can make the best decision. This will not apply to trucks. Under certain circumstances, your insurance may be transferred from your vehicle in repair to the rental vehicle. Please contact us for further information regarding insurance policies and we will happily assist you.

8.   Are Best Choice and Ryder the same company?

• No, Best Choice is a dealer for Ryder.

9.   Does Ryder still offer one ways?

• No, Ryder has stopped offering the one way service

11.   Is Best Choice locally owned and operated??

• 100% Locally owned and operated

12.   How many locations do you have?
